PROPERTY EVALUATION AND NEGOTIATION
This package is for up to 3 properties that you have identified/shortlisted.
It includes: site visits, a Comparative Market Analysis of a property that you have already found to calculate if the stated price is fair, bidding at auction and negotiating with the sales agent to close the deal on your behalf at the best possible price.
SEARCH, VISIT, NEGOTIATE, ACQUIRE
Final sale price less than $1 million = $15,000 fees.
Final sale price between $1-2 million = 2% of final sale price.
Final sale price over $2 million = please contact us regarding fees (typically 1.5 - 2%)
